Our company set up with a new voip provider who said that integration with Zoho CRM would be possible, until we mentioned that we run the business off Macbooks, to which they said that mac's block the integration.

Is that correct??

We are UK based and simply want our CRM recording calls and linking to the customer contact information in CRM
