CRM w/Google Apps/Google Mail

Hello,

I set up Zoho CRM for Google Apps and configured for Google Mail.  Emails sent/received with my Google Mail account to/from a contact in associated with and "Account" have synchronized fine.

When work with "Leads", it has been hit or miss.  Some emails to/from "Lead" contacts are synchronizing and some aren't.

Any ideas?
