CRMAPI - Constantly seeing message authtoken for account exceeded

I use my laptop to access Zoho when travel. We have a CRM API to link to Pandadoc. Zoho works fine all the time but when I try to create a new PandaDoc I am requested to generate a new authtoken. Then I receive a message stating authtoken for your account exceeded. We have nowhere near exceeded any limits and the problem only appears to occur on my account. I am an admin.
