In Zoho CRM, you can now easily find records in each module using advanced filters. These filters let you sort records based on specific fields within the module. For example, you can filter leads by industry, contacts by title, or deals by amount. Once filtered, you can take actions on these records.
Previously, filtering records by related modules or subforms wasn't possible. For example, you couldn't:
- Find contacts with deals above a certain amount
- Locate contacts without open deals this quarter
- Filter sales orders by specific products or quantities in subforms
Now, with advanced filters, you can filter records by related modules (both standard and custom) and by subforms. This allows more precise filtering, like finding contacts with deals or narrowing down sales orders based on product details in subforms.
As for more examples, you can now find Contacts that:
- Have deals
- Have deals in a specific stage
- Have deals in a specific stage with last month's activity
- Doesn't have deals
- Doesn't have deals in a specific stage
- Doesn't have deals in a specific stage with last month's activity, and so on.
Additionally, you can now filter by subforms. Subforms allow you to add multiple line items to a single record. For instance, a sales order record might have a subform for "Ordered Items" showing products, quantities, and other details.
Now, you can filter records based on the presence or absence of line items in subforms. You can also add specific criteria using subform fields to find exactly what you're looking for.
For example, you can filter sales orders that:
- Have ordered items
- Have ordered items with a specific product
- Have ordered items with a specific quantity of a product
- Doesn't have ordered items
- Doesn't have ordered items with a specific product
- Doesn't have ordered items with a specific quantity of a product, and more.
By mixing and matching these options, you can quickly filter records in a module and take any actions needed.
