Crucial IMAP Email integration function

We are currently thinking about using Zoho Recruit for our company, however we are missing the IMAP Email integration, which is absolutely crucial for us. I´ve seen several posts regarding this topic, where you promise a solution. Is there a waterproof deadline for the release of this function? If not, we will unfortunately be forced to choose an alternative option to Zoho recruit.
