Sorry to bother you all, and I apologize in advance if the solution to my problem has already been discussed, but I couldn't find it: I am new to Zoho and trying to import a csv file in order to map it with the required fields. There 's no problem with the import, however, when I want to map my fields, there is only one available (Col.1) which is, if I had to guess, the first line of my file all combined, which makes it impossible for me to map my fields correctly, and therefore, to create my potentials.

 

Has anybody had the same problem, or a solution?
