CSV import failing

I have a CSV file with four fields that I wish to import. I did three records and it worked fine. So, I tried the whole file and it says the import ended abruptly.

0 records read, written, etc.

I checked to make sure required fields are on all records.

I made sure UTF-8 data was used.

I rolled back all attempts and retried.

I have more stuff to attach, but there appears to be a three attachment limit...
