I have tried twice now to import a CSV file. I have uploaded and mapped the fields correctly, the process does not complain.. it them tells me I will receive an email when its complete. I have done this twice now and no email or data. CSV attached. I did this over 12 hours ago.

is it an automated process? I have upgraded twice now to professional aswell so presume I easily have capacity. the upload is 300 records... the number up there are 3000 tops. The import is to create new accounts.
