CTI integration for hosted VOIP system in the UK

I'm trialling Zoho and we're 90% happy with what we can do with it. The final 10% depends on whether I can find a way to get it fully integrated with a phone system.

We've not yet launched but when we do we'll have a small number (5-10) of homeworkers and I want them to be able to call prospects directly from Zoho (assuming we do go with Zoho) and take advantage of benefits like screen popping for incoming calls. 

The phone system itself is not decided, so we're pretty open to ideas. It must be a hosted system due to the dynamics of the company so that limits our options a bit I think. Looking at Zoho Phonebridge, there's 4 companies which seem to be able to provide compatible systems, however I've already ruled Avaya out as apparently they don't provide a hosted phone system

I thought I'd just ask in case there's anyone in the UK who already has a setup like this up and running, or if it's even possible?
