CTI integration similar to SalesForce.
Hi,
We want to integrate our CTI connector into zoho CRM. The connector is a web based application and requires following -
1. iframe in the CRM which can be opened and closed using some button in the status bar
2. JS sdk to send requests for screen pop, phone call log etc.
3. Notification from CRM to Iframe for Click2Call functionality
These features are supported in other CRMs like Salesforce, SAPC4C, MS CIF.
I am looking for similar functionality in Zoho CRM.
Please suggest how to achieve above. We do not want to put CTI connector in ZOHO phonebridge marketplace as it implements customer specific requirements apart from normal telephony.
