Current Job Title issue

How do you change Current Job title, which is picklist style to text style in Candidate without affecting resume parsing? In order to solve this,I decided to add manually text style in current job title then Change Current Job title (for example, current job titles) to different name but when I put resume parsing function, job title showing in current job titles, which mean I cannot make manually current job title. therefore, please help me to solve this issue.
