Custom detail view is not visible on mobile devices.

I'm reaching out to address a concern regarding our Zoho application. It has come to our attention that the custom detail view we've created is not visible on mobile devices, whereas the default detail view is accessible.  Could you please investigate and provide guidance for resolving this issue promptly ?
