Hi,

Wi-Surf is a rapidly growing WISP based in the Costa Blanca Region of Spain.

We are currently operating over 20 individual locations with end customers over the 300 mark, with current capacity up to c1000 (expected to be achieved by cFeb/Mar 2006 on current network). We are also opening new locations on an on-going basis throughout the region.

We are looking for a CRM solution and are interested in how customisable you systemis.

For our business, we require some pretty specific "account details" amongst other things that are fairly unique toour business. Also, integration with helpdesk would be very useful if not pre-requisite.

Finally, we would like customer details to be share with other applications such asour Radius authentication server. etc.
