Custom action to send veiw/ report via e-mail

Hi,
I'm having trouble understanding how to configure a custom action that would allow me to send a PDF or plain text copy of a Form report/view.  I followed the instructions on the How to , however I am still not able to send the report via the custom action The custom actions sends the report but it does not send the report (PDF file)

I have a work assignment form which consists of a an Employee field.  The employee field is a look up filed back to my Employee tble.  My Employees tbl consists of Fields such as "FirstName, lastNmae and  EmailID"  I would like to configure a custom action to send the report to the Employee listed under the Employee field of the report.  So if I have a report based on Joe, I'd only to to send the report to Joe.
