Custom booking form

Hi

I'm trying to create an online booking form, for reserving lab equipment in our group. There should be one month per page, with the days as columns (people book on a daily basis, not parts of a day) and each piece of equipment as a row (about 15 rows in total). It needs to be this way around as often several pieces of equipment need to be booked together, on the same days, and it makes it easier to see when they are all available at the same time. Preferably the rows could be grouped into equipment types as well.

Can you tell me if this is easy to do? Thank you in advance.
