Is there any way to create a "Custom Button" that would initiate a workflow, or call a custom function, preferably directly from a ticket?

Thanks for your interest in the feature, Matthew. I’d like to understand if macros didn’t meet your needs, as you’re using the checkbox instead of macro rules. Could you share more on this?
