I signed up yesterday to begin an evaluation of the CRM.  But changes to fields are not appearing.

Setup > customization > fields > module list > lead > lead source > edit

I make the changes, save them, and the changes appear in the editor.  No customization however appears in any the contact, lead or leadform.

Are you able to customize lead source list in the Free version?
