Custom Development

I'm leading a CRM evaluation project and I like what I see with ZohoCRM. We're a recruiting firm, though, and our Potentials don't look like most companies' Potentials. I made numerous customizations, but it doesn't look like I can change how the deals work. Do you have any development partners who we could discuss additional customization with ?
