Custom Domain Login issue

Got the CNAME mail.mydomain.co working on my custom domain pointing to business.zoho.com but when I try to login with the username@mydomain.co ask me to register a new username etc etc.

Everything is setup right at the control panel. I can login fine with username@mydomain.co on http://accounts.zoho.com. Just want to Login to the Webmail.
