Custom Domain Name Issues

Hi,

I've gone through the forums for cases on custom domain name issues and it seems there isn't a straight-forward way to setup CNAMEs for ones domain to resolve to the Zoho Services URLs.

I tried setting up a CNAME "business.<domain.com>" in my DNS manager to point to <useraccount>.business.zoho.com but I keep getting "Domain Not Available" error page whenever I use the custom URL.

Mapping CNAMEs to your services should be as easy and straight-forward as it is in Google Apps: there should be a page/module on the Zoho Control Panel where one can just type-in the CNAME of choice and then go to his/her DNS manager and set the CNAME.

It's just frustrating working with these Zoho platform; you've got lots of nice services, but you still need a lot of work smoothening the rough edges and improving on usability issues so that it will be a lot more intuitive using the platform.

How do I setup a custom domain name (CNAMEs) to point to the Zoho services I'm using?
