Custom Field Data Not Being Replicated During Lead Conversion
Hello,
Please forgive me, I posted something similar earlier, but in the wrong section. We are new here.
We added 5 new custom fields to our Leads area and replicated them in Contacts, Accounts and Potentials. However, when we convert a Lead to a Potential, the data in those fields is not being carried over in either Contacts, Accounts or Potentials.
How do we fix this? It would seem rather strange that this is SOP.
