I have created an application in creator (Sales and Segmentation) and shared it to my CRM. I wanted to create a custom list in the Accounts section of the CRM that would show sales data from the that custom app.
When I go to create the related list, I want to use a custom field I have added to accounts called PAN. This PAN field is what we use at our company to track customers, it is just a customer number. So I added the PAN field to Accounts and I have a PAN field in the custom app, that is the variable I wish to use to link the records.
The problem I am having is on the CRM side of the 'map field to fetch records' dropdown it does not list the custom fields I have added to Accounts, just the default fields.
So is it possible to do this based on custom fields?
If not I had another idea. Is there a way to have my PAN field in Accounts automatically duplicate itself to a default field like Description, then I could use that default field to create custom list based on the PAN.
