I'm using ZOHO CRM and adding different watermark to each attachments would be nice feature to have when we send out sensitive documents as attachment with ZOHO CRM.
For example, we have custom contacts view that contains 500 recipients and need to attach a PDF documents ( some sort of sensitive reports that we send out every month). Previous CRM (PerTrac CMS) that we used had this feature; We can add watermark as their company name so they can't expose this documents to public. When they do, we will know by the watermark which is recipient company names.
This is very neat feature to have in CRM products when we send out sensitive documents.
