We created an auto-generated field for Account Number, it won't auto polulate when converting from quote to invoice, for example. We have to do a look-up on the account name and then manually enter it every time. Is there any way that we can make that auto populate?
Also, using the copy address function from billing to shipping for example, none of our custom fields are picked up. We had to add a field for second address line as well as contact phone and email fields for both billing and shipping addresses. Is there any way around this?
And last, using Zoho CRM, we have to have separate fields for shipping charges and processing fees, they are both set up as calc fields but will not automatically fill in to our adjustment field, we have to add the amounts together and manually enter. Any way to resovle that as well??
