Custom Fields and Leads to Account Conversion - VERY FRUSTRATING

Hi

I have found that the Address fields in Zoho CRM to be very inadequate.
  • There is only one STREET line in each segment... Billing, Shipping etc.
  • So I added Billing Street 2 & 3, Shipping Street 2 & 3 etc so I can have my addresses entered properly.
  • I found I had to do this for LEADS & ACCOUNTS individually.
  • But when I convert a LEAD to a CONTACT it does not copy across the data
  •       I can understand this as they are all differently created fields.
Why is the main address data not UNIVERSAL to LEADS and ACCOUNTS. This way any additional custom fields added to the UNIVERSAL address section would be visible and available.

This is a change you could make without impact to the system or existing users very easily.

This is a very frustrating issue in Zoho and required people to re-enter information - OR - have it in an totally inadequate format.
