Custom Fields for BugTracker
The BugTracker has data fields to capture information pertaining to bugs or issues in your projects. For those of you who would like additional data to better resolve the issue, BugTracker provides Custom Fields to gather data specific to your business requirements.
The fields can be text, numeric or date. You can also create a prefixed list of values to choose from. You can edit, delete, reorder, and hide these fields according to project requirements. Portal Owner, Admins, and Project Managers can perform these tasks.
Custom fields can be accessed from the bugs tab.

1. Use the Text field to create a Picklist for determining the operating system.
2. Using the text field create a Picklist for the browsers commonly used.
3. A third custom field uses the Date field to log a prior occurrence of the bug.
4. Additionally you can track the reviewer or tester by creating a User Picklist.
