I am just getting started with Zoho Projects for my web development firm.
In my current project management system, I can create custom fields in the project description.
For example: Location of Hosting;CMS used;Payment method.
Some are drop downs and others text fields.
I see the project description block, but it is too unstructured for my needs.
A worker could omit the necessary data, or type it in a different format.
Finally, we export this data from each project into an analysis tool to confirm that it is up-to-date.
Is there a way to do this in Zoho Projects?
