Please help.

I have created a picklist field called Inspection with values that include "Pass" and "Fail".

I can't execute a Workflow rule on a specific field if that field is a custom field. The field is not available for selection.

If I bypass this and select All Fields, I can create a Workflow, but when adding a criterion, Projects doesn't find any picklist values at all.
