I’m having an issue adding a custom footer in a Zoho Writer document.

I would like to insert my company information (including a logo + address) in the footer.

The problem is that when I add these elements, the main content of my pages shifts (all my text gets pushed up or moved between pages), which breaks my entire layout.

My question:
What is the best approach to insert a footer containing content (image + text) without impacting the main page layout?

A few ideas I’ve considered:

• Do I need to significantly reduce the image size?

• Is there a specific setting to prevent the footer from affecting the content area?

• Is there a recommended best practice for inserting elements into the footer without creating layout shifts?
