custom forms not appearing
Hi, Im been working with zoho for 6 months, already customize forms for my business and working great until yesterday, new forms for new contact or prospect appear as Im a new user for zoho, only mandatory fields, I check audit log and everything is there, fields added are there too, but also when Im going to contacts and want to edit usually appears all fields and layouts already made, now appears only the mandatory as origin. I sent this issue to zoho support but not receiving response yet, can someone help on this issue? thanks for your support,
