The current Rounding option in Attendance settings in Zoho People is not a "neutral" rounding.  It favors the employee. As it is, if you want rounding say, for a quarter/hour, you can set it for 15 minutes.  Then, for an 8-5 shift, the employee clocks in at 7:58, it clocks them in at 7:45 and if they clock out at 4:46 it clocks them out at 5.  I'm hoping someone has knowledge of creating a custom function that would provide a neutral rounding option.  Again, based on a quarter/hour rounding have it 7 minutes each side of the quarter hour.  If someone logs in or out say at 7:43 to 8:07, it logs it as 8:00.  log in or out at 8:08 to 8:22 logs time as 8:15, etc.

Anyone have a custom function that could work for the from and to times in Attendance?
