Custom function for tardiness mail alert

Custom function for tardiness mail alert

Hello,  i would like to create a custom function to send mail alerts if the employee has 3 tardiness OR accumulated a total of 30 minutes late. I am new to the Deluge programming so im in need of some help. thank you
