Good evening,

I have a blueprint that guides my team through booking viewings for property enquiries. I have a validation that the meeting type must be "property viewing" and then there are the associated emails that go out confirming the appointment.

We also now offer virtual viewings and would like to utilise the checkbox that turns the meeting into an online meeting via Zoho meetings. 

Since the "Make This an Online Meeting" checkbox isn't a field, it doesn't appear anywhere to set a workflow rule. It also doesn't show within blueprint to be able to select or validate it, so the only way would be to save the meeting created via Blueprint and then open the meeting and tick the box - something which people will definitely forget to do!

I would like to set it that when a meeting is created, where the meeting type is set to "Virtual Viewing" and the event is saved, the custom function will tick the checkbox for online meeting and the Zoho Meeting reminder emails go out with the viewing link etc.

Is this possible?
