A designer is creating a custom email template for us, but when I insert the HTML in a Zoho email template, we see that Zoho alters and deletes certain elements of the code.

Especially the Head is negatively impacted, which causes the email to look very bad in Gmail.

We would expect that a professional CRM tool can handle custom HTML templates, and, does not delete random elements of our template.

Is there a structural fix for this issue? And can we make sure that the HTML head does not get affected?
