Custom Import for ZOHO CRM

I have a need to import invoice data into zoho crm. The challenge is relating the invoice information to the correct "customer" and the correct "vendor"...using custom fields within zohocrm. I am glad to explain in detail via phone. It would involve creation of a web page were we test the data to check for non-conforming identifiers, then clean the data, then import it.
