Custom Module connecting Potentials and Leads

I created a custom module called Partners. I put a lookup field on the Potentials and Leads module linked to my custom module (Partners).

I want to make a report that lists Potentials and Leads for each Partner. However I go to create a report with Partners, and do not see Leads nor Potentials listed. How do I do this?
