we have an asset custom module i would like all assets assigned to an account to be seen by the contacts on desk
so the can link a ticket to an asset that linked to the contact or the account 
say a laptop assigned to them or a communal asset like a projector in a room

Exciting news! We’re launching a custom-built extension to seamlessly sync custom modules between Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM. While native integration posed challenges, this solution effectively bridges the gap!

Currently in beta, this private extension supports one-way sync, transferring CRM module data into Desk. Due to technical constraints (like data looping), two-way sync isn’t available just yet.

  • Prevents duplicates by checking existing records (e.g., matching email addresses).
  • Offers customizable field mappings for accurate data transfer.
