Custom Modules Now available for Standard and Professional Editions with Expanded Limits across all editions

Hello Everyone,
We are here with an exciting update to Custom Modules in Zoho CRM. Custom modules will now be available to Standard and Professional Edition users, with expanded support across all editions.
The standard modules offered in Zoho CRM cater to a business's general processes and workflows, and the Standard and Professional editions users must rely on them to meet all of their business needs. However, the introduction of custom modules for users of these two editions unlocks a wealth of new possibilities. With the help of custom modules, businesses can become more flexible by addressing a wider range of requirements, organizing data more effectively, and supporting scalability when necessary.
Here's the breakdown of the improvements :
- Expanded Custom Module Support Across Editions : Custom modules are now available in Standard and Professional editions, in addition to Enterprise and Ultimate.
- No More User-Based Restrictions : The limits are no longer tied to the number of users in your organization. This change ensures greater scalability without additional constraints.
- The custom module count is inclusive of the Organization Module and Team Module combined. For instance, if a user has purchased an Enterprise edition, they can add either 200 Organization modules or 200 Team modules or a total of 200 organization and team modules for their account.
Updated Limits Per Edition
With the introduction of Custom Modules in the Standard and Professional editions, you now have even more flexibility to extend your CRM beyond the defined modules. These additional modules enable you to go beyond predefined workflows and tailor your CRM to address unique business challenges.
Standard and Professional edition users can now create custom modules to automate and streamline processes in areas such as
- Pre-Sales: Track and manage leads, proposals, and early-stage customer interactions.
- Customer Onboarding: Create structured processes to onboard new customers efficiently.
- Product Customization: Tailor workflows to streamline customization requests and improve customer satisfaction significantly.
- Customer Advocacy: Monitor and nurture relationships with loyal customers, driving advocacy and referrals and more.

- These updates will apply to both new and existing signups.
This enhancement is released for all DCs except for the Enterprise and Ultimate editions in the US, EU, and IN. It will be enabled for these three DCs in the coming weeks.
