We are in the final stages of migrating to Zoho from Dynamics.

We have an issue with the way we handle products.

At our core, we offer training courses, the pricing for those courses differs per client, with various discounts, there is no rhyme or reason as to the discount applied.

We would like the ability to record an Account as having a particular course with a number of seats at a particular price and also record the expiry date of that license agreement.

We have all of our parent products loaded into Products, are we able to associate these parent products to an Account with custom pricing data, number of seats and expiry date?

I tried to work this out via the use of Pricebooks, but it's not what I wanted to achieve.

Side-question, When associating products to a Deal(Opportunity), is there a way to automatically associate those Products to the relevant Account without manually doing it?
