Hi,
I am trying to set up profiles for our receptionists so they can view only the basic details of both accounts and leads and not edit any info. I can manage this part alright.
However I do not want our receptionist to see the notes entered. The checkbox to make notes visible/invisible is locked when editing profiles.
Is there anyway around this so a user of the profile can see very limited fields of Accounts and Leads (i.e. Account owner, phone number, address and nothing else)?
