Is there a reason why suddenly <style> ... </style> tags are being stripped from quote template designs?

I had perfectly fine quote templates. I edited a phone number on them and now they are all messed up. Everytime I paste the code in and preview, it displays perfectly but when I save everything from <style> ... </style> is stripped.

Anybody else having same issue?
