I am creating project templates for construction and have milestones with task lists with tasks. I would be nice to be able to create a custom item with custom fields for me to be able to create rooms and for the tasks, be able to relate which tasks go applied to the required rooms.  Possibly a feature request or possibly a workaround?  I tried issues, but that is not what I want to do as I want to use issues for issues.
