Custom report - Converted leads by salesperson

I am trying to create a custom report that shows converted leads by salesperson. Basically the standard "Converted Leads" report, but instead of Tabular Report, I want it as a Summary Report. I can't seem to make it work.

I tried customizing the "Converted Leads" report by changing it to a Summary Report. I summarize information by "Lead Owner". When I run the report, all Potential Name, Account Name, Contact Name, and Amount fields are completely blank. It does summarize by Lead Owner, but there is no other data in the report.

Am I doing something wrong? How do I create this report?
