Custom URL isn't working
Hi,
I recently setup a CNAME record and followed all of the instructions to set up a custom url for my website (mail.activefitnesstamworth.com.au).
As the configuration usually takes awhile, I waited 24H before I checked it and unfortunately it's still not working. I did a DNS check on the custom url and it says that it points to 8.40.222.59, which seems to be your server. The result also resulted in a bad glue detection on the url and refers back to the same server (8.40.222.59). On top of that it says that the name server failed to respond.
Could you please help me out here?
