Custom View Criteria Failing

I setup a custom view in leads.

Criteria are:
Lead Status
Doesn't contain Junk
Doesn't contain Lost

Yet, when I save it and view the list, a lead marked with Lost lead in that field appears in the list.

I also tried it with one criteria using:
Doesn't contain Lost, Junk

What do I need to do to fix this?

I also asked about a recent activity report or user activity report and have not heard back.
