Custom view when assigning courses to the deals module

Hi Guys, i wondering if the is any possible to make a Custom view that i will see this custom view when i assign course to the deals module?

We are a college of music studies,

The scenario is like this -

Once a Deal is created

We have a new module called Courses

That's where all the details of the courses that exist in the system will appear (the courses created by us)

My desire is for the placement process to happen through the Deal by clicking on the Assign in the Related List (I attach a photo what i mean)

As soon as the new window opens for me

I see the Standard View of the Courses module

As of right now, I see all the courses that exist in the system as soon as I click on Assign Courses from the Deals module
Therefore the questions are:
When I click on Assign Courses from the Deals module

1. How can I make a pre-prepared filter, so that my sales consultants can see only the courses that "have not started"
and remove from the list all the old courses that have already ended?

2. We have two campuses, in the Deals module they indicate which campus the student is going to belong to, is it also possible to click on Assign Coruses
The sales advisors will only be able to see the courses that exist on campus X
Note - there is also within the Courses module, a field called Campus
As in the Deals module

My desire is to be as comfortable as possible in the placement of the students, right now they see all the existing records, which is excellent! But I do want to remove the irrelevant records from them as soon as they want to assign a student
Like for example - courses that have already ended
Note - I have two fields each field is Date & Time
1. For marking the course start date
2. For marking the end date of a course

and actually produce a filter
that as soon as the course end date is less than today's date
So we won't see him

Now I know that it is indeed possible to do this thing in Custom View

But as of now I saw that as soon as I want through Related List Coruses
which is found in the Deals module
Do Assign Courses (as in the photo I sent - Assign Courses Photo)
I can only see the Standard View called "All Courses"

I tried to filter in this view
But this is not possible

1. when i try to edit Standard View i cant enter filter

2. when i try to edit custom view i can put standard filter (which its great but i cant see this custom view when i want to Assign Courses from Module Deals)

the first filter is - Campus

the second filter is - start time date of the coruse

This move will significantly improve the course placement process for the students
And my sales consultants will have the most convenient time in the world to assign one student to 5 enrolled courses

maybe there is any option to write function to related list for this case
