I find that when my customers leave the company they are working with I follow them to their new company. What should I do with my CRM entry?
Do I delete the contact that is associated with the old company and create a new contact?
Do I edit the old contact and move it to the new company?
I don't want to have a situation where the old company who is still a customer loses the relationship with his data or I don't want to bring the old company data to the new company and I certainly dont want to have two customers with the same name where he is associated with a company he no longer works for.
