I am having a hard time creating customer KPI's. When i create a custom rule it won't show up in the end behavior. The only things that will show up in the behavior are Records:, Record Owner, & Probability.
I keep trying to use some of the items from the field in the Deals Module but it won't use the rule. I am currently using the Professional version of CRM. I have also tried resyncing the modules and fields and none of it seems to resolve the problem.
