We have customer loyal programs in my client business process,
Is there any modules on customer loyalty or we need to customize that module, if we need to customize that means what is the prerequisites for that?

Please see the below requirement.
1. Membership database management: the objective should include creating a customer loyalty membership database that will store all customers (installment and cash) that are enrolled in the customer loyalty program, including their key profiles, etc. It should also capture purchase (motorcycles, parts, service) and payment records of the customer, as well as earned loyalty points, rewards availments, etc.
2. Loyalty Rewards management: one objective should be to establish clients loyalty rewards program and to enable this an electronic solution. The solution should help automatically compute loyalty rewards based on purchase, referral and payment performance of members. It should also allow systematic and regular status dissemination to members. It should also allow members to check on their own initiative status of their rewards either through mobile fone text message, website, facebook or other social networking platforms, email, etc. It should also allow members to request rewards redemption through several means such as mobile fone text message, website application, etc.
