I am new to Zoho CRM and entered in my leads without an issue, however when I wanted to enter in my current customers, I noticed that I could not enter the same "basic" information as I did as the leads.  

Any ideas on how I can include rating, lead source, lead status, email, and first and last name of the contact at the company.
